We have the new neighborhood watch signs. They will be put up soon. We are trying really hard to see if we can get speed bumps added to Westgate when the road is finished.

Construction Behind Cohoba

We spoke with the construction crew while they were clearing the area behind Cohoba Dr. We were told there would be a large retention pond dug and that the builder would plant trees when they are through. There will not be a road, other than Westgate being extended. There also will not be any more construction in the easement area other than the pond.

If you are backed up to the new fence and your tree needs to be trimmed, please make sure your tree branches aren’t blocking the sidewalk.

Keeping our Neighborhood Safe!

A few notes on trying to keep our neighborhood safe:

1. Keep all valuables hidden from sight, especially in your car.
2. Know and look out for your neighbor. If you see anything suspicious call 911.

We are getting new Neighborhood Watch signs from APD and we do have security patrols out during the summer. Our best defense is watching what is going on in our neighborhood and reporting any suspicious persons or vehicles.
